> How to Extend File Storage Time?
After uploading the file, a link to download the file appears on the screen. Just above this link, "Would you like to keep this file(s) up to 1 year?" You will see a question like. By saying “Yes” to this question, you can increase the storage period of your files to 6 months or 1 year.
> Which files storage are extended?
Whether the file you upload is 1 MB or 5 GB, you can extend the storage period. The file that you will extend the storage period may be 5 GB maximum.
You can keep the storage period of your files for 6 months or 1 year.
> Is there a refund for file storage extend?
When you extend the duration of your files, we allocate space for your files. Therefore, it is not possible to cancel the operation with extended file retention period. If you want, we can delete the files you have extended by contacting us. However, there is no refund.
